If you are using an iPhone and have downloaded the HulloMail app you will need to activate it. This can be done by going to your iPhone contacts and dialling the contact that we created called 'HulloMail Activate'. You should receive on screen confirmation that this was successful.

 

If you are having problems with this simply email us at support@hullomail.com quoting your phone number and the carrier you are using and we will forward you alternative instructions to activate HulloMail.
