Activation Issues on the Three Network

For users having issues activating on Three we have found that the problem is sometimes due to Three's WiFi calling settings.


If you follow the below you should be able to activate successfully:


1.Disable WiFi Calling by selecting; iPhone Settings -> Phone -> WiFi Calling -> OFF
2. Restart phone
3. Dial the ‘HulloMail Activate’ contact for iPhone users or select Menu -> Settings -> Account -> Voicemail Activation -> Activate for Android users.
4. Enable WiFi calling


If you are still having issues even after turning off WiFi calling then you would need to call Three to have them manually set up the divert for you over the phone.
